No, you are buying a home with an agreement to use the land on which the home is positioned.
There are three options available to you:
1. Cash purchase
2. Property Exchange
3. Finance. There are some companies that will finance a park home purchase, but you cannot obtain a mortgage.

You only pay the agreed price for your fully sited home. There is no Stamp Duty, no solicitor’s fees and no search fees. You are not obliged to have a survey carried out.
Yes, Our Parks have full planning consent permitting residential occupancy of the homes for 12 months of every year.
There is a monthly service charge (Pitch Fee) for each pitch which covers street lighting, estate management, upkeep of communal areas and maintenance of the park. Council Tax is charged at the lowest price Band A.
The Pitch Fees are fixed and in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) so any increases or decreases will be applied during the annual pitch review.
All our parks cater for the semi retired and retired aged over 50 years old.
Dogs are permitted on some of our parks, but are subject to approval by John Romans Park Homes.
